The homeowners agreed to Gary's suggestions and production commenced. Our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the project. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sinking sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was lifted to the appropriate level, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the old joints. To replace the joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the new joints were filled, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. Jesus and his crew started by installing the WaterGuard near the footing of the basement walls. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew took installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to tie into the new drain system. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. To wrap up the project, the crew installed the IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the projects were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foreman, Jose C., and his crew installed six of our wall anchors, which are made to repair and stabilize bowing and cracked walls. This anchor-rod installation involves digging out and removing soil, minimal disturbance to landscaping, and soil backfill and compaction. This system can permanently stop inward movement walls and in fact, over time, homeowners can tighten them by themselves to ensure the system is sticking to its design.
