A company building in Whipholt, MN had water leaking into their basement, and their walls were damp after heavy rains. They got in contact with American Waterworks for our basement waterproofing systems. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to the building for a FREE Estimate and carefully inspected the basement. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents water or mud clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is made to prevent mold and humidity, give the basement a neat and clean appearance, and saves money on energy costs. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it, ensuring the basement looked neater than when they found it.
