Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete down the middle of the basement to form a feed line. They connected the feedline to the installation of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe provides three levels of protection and is the best sump pump we offer for our customers. Raul and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Paul's peace of mind is restored and is grateful we were to save the life of his basement!

Bob S. of Isanti, MN had a sinking front porch. He wanted to get it lifted back to its natural position. He called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Bob's house, inspected his sinking concrete, and proposed our PolyLevel, which is a foam insulation that lifts and levels concrete surfaces back to their normal positions. Ave, a homeowner from Bethel, MN, reached out to our team because she was having issues with water continually leaking into the basement around the edge of the floor. The moisture along the walls was concerning to her, and so she wanted an expert to look at the situation and provide a FREE estimate.

We sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique solution for her home. After the inspection, Shane recommended a combination of our waterproofing products. Ave approved the plan and moved forward with the project.  

Our Foreman, Lane Schlobohm, and his crew arrived at the home and promptly got to work. The team began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to create a trench. Then, they laid the WaterGuard in the trench. The wide-open design of this drain helps it resist clogs, while a removable lid allows for easy access and maintenance. Our drain system is custom-designed to protect and help keep your basement dry all the time! The team then installed a SuperSump sump pump. They filled the gaps with rock and replaced the concrete around the sump pump and over the WaterGuard. Water now properly drains to the sump pump through the WaterGuard. The water is then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Ave's peace of mind has been restored, and she can now enjoy a dry, healthier basement for years to come!

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three levels of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the project, Jeromy and his crew covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Terrie was happy with the work that was done and had a great experience from the appointment to installation!
