A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and scheduled the work for several weeks later.

A Minneapolis, MN, homeowner was growing tired of her front walkway. The walkway had been sinking for years, creating numerous trip hazards and leading to the growth of numerous weeds between the slabs. First, Kiko and his crew began by installing eight GeoLock Anchors on the struggling foundation walls. Once the GeoLock Anchors were secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing four PowerBraces. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
