Derek F. of North Branch, MN had an uneven and cracked driveway, and he wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. He got in touch with our company and got a FREE estimate completed by our Design Specialist, Marcus Nigbur. Marcus proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro to repair the driveway slab. Derek was confident in both products and the combined warranty, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected 153 pounds of our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and stabilize the surface. Our team also applied 250 feet of our NexusPro to cover the cracks, prevent moisture from seeping underneath the concrete, and give the concrete a nice, fresh finish. A homeowner in North Branch, MN, noticed a musty smell around their home. Unsure of the source, the homeowner wanted to have a professional company come out to the home to investigate. Unsure of what company to move forward with,  the homeowner began doing research. After comparing various other companies, the homeowner came across American Waterworks. Once they saw our extensive list of services, they put their project in our hands. Nick, one of our Design Specialists, traveled to the home to complete the homeowner's FREE estimate. Following his comprehensive inspection, Nick found that the musty smell was coming from the homeowner's crawl space. Nick provided the homeowner with a solution that had several versions to give the homeowner options. After considering all the options, the homeowner picked the one best fit for their circumstances. Once the plans were approved, a crew was assigned and production began. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing one Helical Pier on the north wall. Next, the crew removed all the debris from the dirt floor. Once the debris was cleared the crew placed the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Then, CleanSpace was installed across the floor and up the crawl space walls. Additionally, Foamax was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. Finally, Sprayfoam was injected around the fuller perimeter of the crawl space joist pockets. The homeowners were impressed by the work completed by the crew. Mark K. in Dover, MN had a sunken driveway that he had tripped on numerous times. He started looking for repair options and he came across American Waterworks’ website. He was interested in learning more about our PolyLevel concrete repair option, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez to his home to inspect his concrete and provide him with a personalized solution. Mark was happy to learn that PolyLevel is faster, less invasive, and more durable than traditional mudjacking, so he scheduled to have his concrete lifted.

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and even with the garage floor. Then, they filled back the small holes with concrete and sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant. The process only took a couple of hours to complete. This eliminated Mark’s trip hazard and now he can enjoy a beautiful concrete driveway for years to come!

Larry V. in Lake City, MN had learned about the dangers of radon gas when he visited our booth at a local home show. One of our Design Specialists, Mac Cole, explained to Larry that radon exposure causes 15% of the world's lung cancer cases and kills more than 20,000 people each year. Larry didn't know that the effects of radon gas exposure could be so detrimental to your health. He set an appointment right away to have his home tested. 

The test results showed that Larry did in fact have high levels of radon in his home. Mac explained the process of installing our radon mitigation system and Larry decided he wanted it to be installed as soon as possible. During the installation process, our crew drilled a hole through the floor in the basement to insert a PVC pipe and create a suction point for the radon gas. Then the gas is vented through the pipe and out of the home. Larry is relieved that he took the necessary steps to make sure his family's health is no longer compromised.

Mark K. in Lake City, MN had his home tested for radon. When the results came back with high levels, he gave American Waterworks a call. Our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, met with Mark and proposed a radon mitigation system unique to his home. 

Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, started the installation process by drilling a hole in the slab foundation of the home and connected a PVC pipe. The radon gas is drawn upward and the pipe guides it to the fan. The fan draws and vents radon safely above and away from the home. Mark is glad he took the necessary steps to protect himself and his family.
