Dennis was pleased with the proposal that Dustin developed to transform his crawl space, so he scheduled the installation.

One of our waterproofing experts, Juan Pena, and his crew installed drainage matting on the dirt crawl space floor, Foamax along the crawl space walls, and our CleanSpace barrier to seal off the space from dirt, excess moisture and pests. The Foamax walls insulate the space which makes the basement much warmer and saves Dennis money on his energy bill. Dennis is glad he chose a long-term solution to protect his home from the consequences that typically come with having a dirt crawl space.

Terri Z. in Rochester, MN had recently purchased a new home, but noticed some uneven floors and was concerned about the crawl space and structural integrity. She attended the Rochester Area Builders Home Show, saw our booth, and contacted our Customer Care Center to set up a FREE inspection. Terri met with one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, who worked side by side with her to construct a unique and permanent solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Terri’s crawl space by installing 18 SmartJacks throughout the space. The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. The SmartJack can be installed year-round, and it’s portable size allows it to be installed in even the tightest of crawl spaces. Our foundation repair systems are backed by a lifetime warranty, so Terri can rest easy knowing her new home is protected. 

Tim B. of Rochester, MN had water leaking into his basement, making him worry about the value of his home. He called our office to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan inspected the problem and came up with a solution. Tim got all of his questions answered so he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench, and installing 24 of our CarbonArmor strips, which are made to reinforce foundation walls and repair cracks. Next, our team applied 100 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor, designed as an extra protectant and made to prevent exposure to mold and humidity. Lastly, Dylon and his crew installed 108 feet of our WaterGuard in the formed trench. Our WaterGuard is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and prevent underground water clogs. To complete the work, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Tim said our guys worked diligently to complete the project, and he couldn't have asked for anything more!

Lynn P. of Rochester, MN had uneven and cracked concrete throughout her driveway, making her think about the value of her home. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that provides long-term flexibility, prevents any further bubbling or cracking, and stands up to harsh weather conditions. Lynn was happy with the project and loves the new view from across the street! 

Ginger L. of Rochester, MN had cracks in their foundation wall, and they wanted to get them fixed before it got any worse. They found American Waterworks on the web, so they requested a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Mac. Mac went to Ginger's home, carefully inspected their wall, and proposed our wall anchor system. Ginger got all of their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Raul A, and his crew installed nine of our wall anchors and their hide-a-way covers. Our covers provide a nice, finishing touch to the installation and it still allows for periodic tightening of the system. This system is made to stabilize and straighten cracked and bowing foundation walls. Since they are such a versatile system, they are able to solve several foundation problems.
