Our Foreman, Geno, and his crew broke out the concrete around the existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is the best sump pump we provide for customers because of its triple protection, ability to solve all three water problems in one unit, and its battery backup kicks on when there's a power outage. When they arrived at the property, the crew began by making sure the concrete was ready for the PolyLevel. The crew then inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and front slabs of the garage. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew was able to clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was glad their driveway and garage were even again. Debbie J. of Chisago City, MN needed a new basement window and window well cover. She found American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Russ. Russ went to Debbie's house, inspected the window and the space he had to work with, and proposed our Egress Window and RockWell Window Well. Debbie was confident in both products, so she signed the contract and got a date on her schedule for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Raul A., and his crew installed our Egress Window first, followed by our RockWell Window Well. Our Egress is large enough to allow a safe exit from the basement, it provides more natural light to the room, and it makes the basement feel larger and more inviting. Our RockWell offers a nice alternative to ugly, rotted window wells. They also provide a safe exit out of the home, they are a one-piece construction product, and they are a beautiful stone texture that looks good with landscaping.

Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property for his walkthrough. Once completed, he was able to recommend some of our services that he felt would best fit Rhonda's situation. Shane wanted to address the failing wall by using our helical piers to stabilize the structure. He explained to Rhonda that these piers would be the best fit because they're specifically geared to work for a lighter structure such as decks or concrete stairs. To add extra strength, he wanted to use our ShotLock system, which is the encasing of our PowerBrace system behind a layer of rebar and steel mesh and 4-6' of concrete. Our PowerBrace system is made of galvanized steel I-beams that are used to strengthen and stabilize a wall and can be tightened over time as the home settles more. Rhonda agreed with the recommendations and work began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by our Foreman, Matt Z, ended up installing 6 of our helical piers and 15ft of ShotLock around the perimeter of the deck. These particular products cause minimal disturbance to the homeowner's lawn and landscaping. When the job was completed, Rhonda was pleased to know her deck was sturdy and would stay that way for a long time to come. 

A homeowner in Chisago City, MN, noticed a significant level difference between their garage and sidewalk. After the NexusPro Join Sealant was installed, the crew cleaned up the job site and left the home. The homeowner was glad that the crew solved the issue.
