During his inspection, Chuck found that several slabs were suffering from settling. To prevent the settling from continuing, Chuck recommended lifting the slab back to its original position. First, Dylon and his crew started by installing PolyLevel underneath the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is our polyurethane foam injection solution. Next, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the joints and cracks throughout the concrete. Dylon and his crew utilized NexusPro to fill these cracks and joints. Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production crew started the installation by jackhammering out the concrete floor perimeter by forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which prevents mud and water clogs, has easily accessible service ports, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, save money on energy costs, and cover any uneven surfaces or divots. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that Susan was happy in the process.

Our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the waterproofing installation by breaking out the concrete around the perimeter of their basement and installed 98 linear feet of our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed CleanSpace on the walls to act as a vapor barrier which prevents moisture or mold growth. Along with that, they installed a Triple Safe Sump Pump System which is the most reliable sump pump that offers three levels of protection. After the installation was completed, Bude was happy with the end result and is excited about the new renovation.

Our Foreman, Matt, and his production crew installed six of our wall anchors, which are connected by long, steel rods to a wall plate which gives the pressure that is needed to straighten the wall. Our anchors have a 25-year warranty and they can be installed year-round. The installation took a couple of days and Michael was happy with the work!
