Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter by forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs by staying out of the "mud zone," it collects water seepage from basement walls, and it acts as an underground drain that works effectively with the sump pump. Next, our team installed our WellDuct Window Drain from the window, which guides leaking water from the basement window down and into the WaterGuard. To complete the installation, Corey and his team filled in the open floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it. Brad was happy with the work and had a great experience!
