Tom from Center City, MN was starting to notice cracks forming in his block foundation, which appeared to be worsening over time. tom was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he could run the risk of the problem worsening, creating a large, and more hazardous issue later. After doing some research, he came across our company. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a free, no-obligation estimate by a member of our Design Specialist team. A few weeks after the appointment was set, our Design Specialist headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he had completed his walkthrough, he recommended our GeoLock wall anchors to fix the issue. Our Salesman explained to Tom that the GeoLock anchors are the preferred method of straightening as they extend out to the stable, hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation, anchoring themselves there and bracing the foundation wall, effectively pulling the wall back into place. Tom agreed with the recommendation and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Jose C, and his team ended up installing 12 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Once the project was complete, Tom was happy to know that he no longer needed to worry about his cracked foundation!
A homeowner in Center City, MN, noticed their pool deck was uneven and becoming a tripping hazard. Hoping to eliminate the issue, the homeowners search for concrete repair options near them. Since Minneapolis was the closest, the homeowner looked into "Minneapolis concrete repair". The first company to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. After taking a closer look at the products we offer, like NexusPro and PolyLevel, the homeowner knew we were the best choice for them. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Mike, to start the appointment. Once Mike introduced himself, he looked at the uneven concrete around the pool deck. Mike determined that the concrete slabs must be lifted with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Mike presented his recommendations to the homeowner and the plans were approved. Once the homeowners approved the plans, they were sent to the office to be finalized. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew received the approved plans and they traveled to the home. They arrived at the home and began by lifting the affected slabs with PolyLevel. The crew lifted the slabs outside the pool deck and one slab in front of the garage. After the slabs were lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was put at ease knowing the tripping hazard was eliminated. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners peace of mind.
Craig S. in Shafer, MN had water seeping into his basement and his old sump pump was not able to keep up with the amount of water coming in. While looking for a local waterproofing company, he came across American Waterworks’ website and decided to contact us for a FREE estimate.
We sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect his basement and to develop a solution for him. Chad designed a thorough waterproofing plan to ensure that Craig’s basement would remain a permanently dry space after the installation. Craig liked to proposal that Chad put together, so he scheduled the installation.
Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system on the basement floor. They also installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace wall system around the entire basement. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, which then pumps the water through the discharge line to the outside of the home. The CleanSpace wall system is a vapor barrier that protects the basement from any moisture seeping in and the potential of mold growth. The combination of these waterproofing products has made Craig’s basement a dry, clean and brighter space. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Craig is confident that he chose the right waterproofing solution to protect his basement for the long-term.

A Shafer, MN, homeowner was looking to replace his old sump pump. The system hadn't been able to keep up with the latest round of rain the area had seen, so the homeowner decided to enlist the help of a sump pump specialist. He quickly found American Waterworks and signed up for his FREE estimate. Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dustin A, headed out to the home.
After Dustin completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that he would recommend replacing the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump, the most reliable sump pump in our lineup. He elaborated, saying that the TripleSafe provides three levels of protection for your basement and peace of mind. In times of normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For times of heavy water, or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller 1/2 horsepower pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. The homeowner was thrilled with Dustin's recommendation and signed on the spot.
Several weeks later, our Foreman, Dakota M, and his team successfully replaced the sump pumps. Now, our customer can enjoy the rainfall knowing that his basement has the best line of defense against water intrusion!
