In about a week, our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Kyle explained to the homeowner that soil washout is one of the most common causes of sinking concrete slabs. Soil washout is the process where water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping concrete slabs upright. Over time, this causes gaps and voids in the soil and leads to the sinking of the slabs. To fix this issue, Kyle recommended PolyLevel, our foam expanding formula that allows for accurate lifting of slabs, SealantPro, which will protect the concrete from elements and prevent discoloration, cracking, and flaking, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant specifically engineered to repair cracks and seal joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Kyle's recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.
In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived to install SealantPro. They sprayed the sealant along the driveway and walkway. Then, in another week, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived to install PolyLevel and NexusPro. They lifted and sealed the joints of the driveway and walkway. After they were done, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Foreman Raul and his crew headed to the property to begin implementation. First, they began by clearing debris and readying the spaces for installation. They then installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to address water Issues. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier installed right onto the problem walls, and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. It is attached to the walls with plastic fasteners so it never falls. It also prevents any humidity from invading the walls and gives the basement and clean and bright appearance with a 25-year warranty; this also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. Next, the team worked on our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water from basement walls, and prevents water clogs. Along with that, they installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has three levels of protection to solve all water problems a homeowner may experience. Along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump is a battery backup that helps in cases where power is lost in a home, then the battery will keep the pumps draining any excess water build-up. Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% relative humidity.
