In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home to conduct a proper inspection of the front steps and walkway. The homeowner told Gary that he was only looking to seal the steps to make it more visually appealing. Gary then created a proposal suggesting our NexusPro to repair the cracks and to seal the joints. He explained to the homeowner that our NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that is both flexible, long-lasting and can withstand harsh weather conditions. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to move forward with the project and Gary's design was sent to our Foreman, Patrick B.

In about a month, Patrick and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The installation was a complete success and the crew did not run into any issues! Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Myron S. in Peterson, MN was experiencing water seeping into his basement. The water had started pooling and had nowhere to go. He was concerned about the damage this could cause and that water would keep coming in with each rainfall. He came across an advertisement for American Waterworks in the local newspaper and was pleased to find that we are experts in waterproofing.

Our production team installed 30 feet of WaterGuard along the perimeter of his basement floor, which guides water to the SuperSump sump pump. The sump pump then pumps the water from the home through the discharge line to the outside, keeping his basement dry. They started the installation by removing the concrete and laying 119 feet of the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed the sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Beverly also had a SaniDry XP Dehumidifer installed to ensure her basement was protected from excess moisture. The SaniDry XP removes up to 109 liters of water per day and is more powerful and energy efficient than ever! Beverly is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

Next, our team installed our RockWell Egress Window Well, which provides a safe exit out of the home and is one-piece rigid construction. To complete the project, our team backfilled and compacted the soil. ensuring the entire space looked neater than when they found it.
