A homeowner in Afton, MN, knew it was about time to have their concrete driveway repaired when they noticed a large separation between sections of their driveway. Knowing the problem would only worsen, the homeowner knew it was time to get a second opinion. To start their search, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group if they had recommendations. The comments flooded with recommendations for us, American Waterworks. After seeing the high response, the homeowners decided to investigate our company. The homeowners were impressed by previous jobs and knew that we were the best fit. Next, the homeowners called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialist to determine the cause of the sinking. As soon as he arrived, he performed the inspection and found that the concrete was sinking into the ground. Once he determined the cause, the Design Specialist could devise a solution to fix the issue. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialist's suggestions, and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist our customers with their concrete concerns.

A homeowner in Stanchfield, MN, disliked the appearance of their sunken and uneven concrete. Worried this could become a serious issue, the homeowner began looking into "concrete lifting near me". One of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Gary, one of our Design Specialists. Gary promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Gary determined the concrete was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Gary recommended installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Gary for the best installation date. Once the install date was settled, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew were assigned to the project. Sam and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Sam and his crew lifted the sidewalk back into place. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew took out the old joints and replaced them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their concrete was properly repaired. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners with peace of mind.
