As soon as he arrived, he performed the inspection and found that the concrete was sinking into the ground. Once he determined the cause, the Design Specialist could devise a solution to fix the issue. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialist's suggestions, and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home.
