In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Daniel R., and his crew arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the homeowner's concerns. During the inspection, Daniel noticed water stains along the floor and the walls. For this reason, Daniel recommended installing WaterGuard, our below-the-floor perimeter drainage system that collects water and sends it to the sump pump system, CleanSpace, our vapor wall barrier that prevents water vapor from permeating the walls and channels any leaks to the drainage system, TripleSafe, our superior sump pump system that comes with three pumps in one unit, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the sump pump discharge pipes freeze. After reviewing Daniel's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Jeromy A., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. Once the appointment details were finalized, Kyle, one of our Design Specialists, traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kyle took an extensive look around the concrete. Kyle found that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Kyle recommended installing PolyLevel. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go with Kyle's recommendations. When the project date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Jordan and his crew inserted PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the struggling concrete. Next, the crew shifted to installing NexusPro in the cracks and joints of the concrete. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the delightful work. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners' peace of mind.

A homeowner in Prescott, WI, got in touch with us when she noticed that her concrete driveway was sinking, causing a separation between the driveway and garage floor. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she decided to call American Waterworks. We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
After Kyle completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that she could fix her sinking issue with our PolyLevel solution. He went on to say that our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when its injected under concrete slabs, slowly lifting the slabs back into place. The final part of our lifting solution is installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete to prevent anything from getting under the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the installation and when the job was done, our customer was thrilled to know her sinking concrete worries were in the past!
