A homeowner in Boyceville, WI, discovered several water stains and damp spots throughout their basement. Worried the issue could worsen with heavy rains, the homeowner knew they needed an expert to provide them with a solution. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner looked into "leaking basement wall repair near me". At the top of the results stood us, American Waterworks. After reviewing our previous projects, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Chuck. A week later, Chuck arrived at the home and started his investigation of the basement. During his investigation, Chuck noticed several walls were leaking water and their sump pump was not running properly. Chuck recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the home and the homeowner agreed. Next, Chuck passed his proposal off to our Logsitics team to build and approve the plans. Our Logsitics team coordinated the details and scheduled the project for the following month. Once the project date arrived, our crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, our crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew installed an Aprilaire in the corner of the basement. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted to know their basement was no longer at risk of water intrusion. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners' peace of mind.
Jen S. in Dodge, WI was selling her home and needed a radon mitigation system installed. Her realtor recommended American Waterworks, and we sent our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, to design a system that was unique to her home.
Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, started the installation process by drilling a hole in the slab foundation of the home and connected a PVC pipe. The radon gas is drawn upward, and the pipe guides it to the fan. The fan draws and vents radon safely above and away from the home.
A homeowner in Dodge, WI was tired of dealing with the large bump in between two of the concrete slabs in his front walkway that also resulted in a crack. Whenever he had people over it was always an area of concern if they were to trip over the bump. Not wanting to have that situation happen if the problem was left alone, he went online to see what services were in the area. He searched for "crack contractors" and sure enough came across the American Waterworks company website. Once he discovered our FREE no-obligation estimates, he knew it was the best decision to start the repairs process. We sent over one of our Design Specialists to the home to inspect the concrete and come up with his recommendations for how to fix the space. The Design Specialist explained to the homeowner that because the concrete had settled and broke away from the rest of the walkway, it would need to be leveled with PolyLevel. The homeowner was glad to hear something could be done and agreed to the installations. Our Foreman, Sam Klennert, and his crew went to the site to install the PolyLevel as well as NexusPro to seal the unsightly cracks. The homeowner was thrilled with the final results and thanked our team for their work.
