A homeowner in Zumbro Falls, MN, was tired of dealing with a sunken driveway. It was continuously getting worse over time, and it had become a trip hazard for her and her husband. Knowing they needed an expert to provide them with a solution, the homeowner began looking into "concrete leveling companies near me". At the top of the search results was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to their home to inspect the situation and design a solution for them. They were excited to hear that our PolyLevel concrete repair option is a durable, faster, and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair. They liked the proposal that Don developed for them, so they set a date for the installation.
Our PolyLevel crew drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process only took 3 hours, and the homeowner is able to enjoy level concrete for years to come. They are thrilled with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was. We are happy we were able to restore their peace of mind!

These concrete cracks do not go unnoticed and they give moisture a way to seep beneath the slab, which allows the underlying soil to soften or wash away. To prevent that from happening, our Foreman and his crew member applied our NexusPro to seal the crack. Our NexusPro provides long-lasting flexibility and stands up to bad weather conditions. It also gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance.
