CarbonArmor Saves Foundation in Stoddard, WI

A homeowner in Stoddard, WI, knew it was about time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the maintenance appointment was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Kyle, to the home. Upon arrival, Kyle introduced himself to the homeowners and began his inspection. During his inspection, Kyle discovered that there was a slight separation between the cinder blocks. Kyle alerted the homeowner that this could lead to larger issues if not solved. Additionally, Kyle recommended that this wall be permanently stabilized to prevent further damage. The homeowners knew the high-quality work we completed and trusted Kyle's opinion, so they agreed with his recommendations. The plans were then directed to the assigned crew and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew arrived at the home and prepared the wall for the CarbonArmor installation. CarbonArmor is a state-of-the-art solution that is used to fix cracks and bowing foundation walls. The crew installed seven CarbonArmor strips along the north basement wall. After the CarbonArmor was installed, the crew completed their job and cleaned up the work site. Yet again, the homeowners were impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to stabilize another home's foundation.

A homeowner in Stoddard, WI, noticed an odd noise from their basement. Unsure of the source, the homeowner knew they needed to take a closer look. The homeowner discovered the noises were coming from their sump pump. Concerned that their sump pump was in serious trouble, the homeowner began searching for a replacement. The homeowner looked into "best sump pump systems," and the homeowner came across one of our blogs highlighting our sump pump systems. After reading the blog, the homeowner knew we offered the best line of sump pumps in the area. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Michel, to the home to take a closer look. Once Michel arrived, he began by inspecting the struggling sump pump. After taking a closer look, Michel confirmed the sump pump required replacement. Additionally, Michel recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. After he completed the thorough inspection, Michel presented his solution to the homeowner. The homeowner knew this was their best option for their home, so they decided to go ahead with Michel's proposal. Next, Michel passed the proposal to our Logistics team to give the final stamp of approval. Our Logistics team finalized the project, then it was scheduled for a few weeks later. When the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew began by installing the WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to removing the old sump pump and installing the SuperSump+. Next, Kiko and his crew installed CleanSpace on the unfinished basement walls. After the CleanSpace was secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the IceGuard on the exterior discharge line. As soon as all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homeowners peace of mind knowing their basement is dry and secure.

WaterGuard and TripleSafe Keep Galesville, WI Basement Dry

Kevin L. in Galesville, WI had dealt with a wet basement for the last 40 years, and he was finally tired of it. He did his research and learned that American Waterworks has been the leading waterproofing contractor in the region for the last 30 years. He met with one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, who evaluated the situation and designed a unique solution.

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew were able to successfully waterproof Kevin’s basement by installing 160 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard French drain is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps this drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog. Kevin is happy he found a permanent solution to protect his home.

He saw an advertisement for American Waterworks in his local newspaper and saw that we are concrete repair experts.

After learning more about our company, he gave us a call to receive a free estimate. We were happy to send one of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, to his home to provide him with a solution.
