After continuously putting off getting his concrete done, a homeowner in West Salem, WI, realized that his walkway and driveway had become a trip hazard. Knowing that the issue must be addressed before it continues to worsen, the homeowner began looking into concrete lifting in the area and found us. After browsing our website and growing impressed by our before and after transformation photos, the homeowner contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In about a week, our Design Specialist, Will R., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Will took note of the homeowner's areas of concern and explained that the concrete slabs of his walkway and driveway and be lifted using PolyLevel. Will explained that PolyLevel is our foam expanding formula that is lightweight, highly durable, waterproof, and can fill in the voids in the soil for accurate lifting of the slabs. Alongside PolyLevel, Will also recommended NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant specifically engineered to repair cracks and seal the joints, to repair the cracks along the driveway and seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Will's recommendations, and Will's design was sent to our Foreman.
In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling holes into the slabs and injecting PolyLevel. Once the slabs have been lifted so that the area is leveled, the crew seals the holes. Lastly, they used NexusPro to repair the cracks and seal the joints.

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying the WaterGuard drainage system and a lateral liner. Then, they installed the sump pump in the corner of the basement and filed back the gaps of the drainage system and sump pump with rock. Lastly, they replaced the concrete, The WaterGuard now properly drains water to the sump pump, which then discharges it from the home. Mary was happy with the result and she is thrilled she can now enjoy a dry basement!
