A homeowner in West Union, IA, noticed their water was not pumping out of their as much as it used to. Concerned there was a larger issue at hand, the homeowners knew they needed to find a company that would provide them with a solution. The homeowner asked a local Facebook group for any recommendations and several members recommended working with us, American Waterworks. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ryan, one of our Iowa-based Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began his thorough walk-through of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan determined the homeowner's sump pump required replacement. Additionally, Ryan recommended waterproofing the entire basement. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, so Ryan passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build the project. Once the project was built, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew to begin. Gabriel and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the basement walls. The crew finished the project by installing an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Gabriel and his crew successfully installed all the products, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a kind review. One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into her concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Now Carrie will be able to enjoy a level stoop for years to come!

A homeowner in Elgin, MN was looking to make some changes to her front yard space and the first thing she wanted to focus on was the front stoop. A homeowner in Hudson, WI contacted us after deciding to cleanup his crawlspace where his HVAC system was housed.  The crawlspace is now more energy efficient and free of any debris, allergens, and most importantly, moisture.
