Water was leaking into Jean's basement in La Crosse, WI. She found an American Waterworks advertisement in her local newspaper. She called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chuck. Chuck went to Jean's home, inspected the space, and proposed the solution of our SuperSump Plus M53, which is designed to discharge water out of the basement, by keeping away from the foundation.
Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew broke out the concrete floor, forming a hole. In the hole, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53, followed by the discharge line. Once that was completed, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it, ensuring the space was neat and clean.

A customer from La Crosse, WI got in touch with us when they began to notice that their basement wall was beginning to show the first signs of wall failure. Our customer knew that if she left the issue unresolved, she would run the risk of severely compromising the structural integrity of the home. When she called in, she used her FREE estimate to have our Design Specialist, Rick W. out to her property to do a thorough inspection of the issue. After Rick completed his walkthrough, he was able to make some recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended our GeoLock Channel Anchor system to fix the wall. He explained that this warrantied solution includes a complete wall anchor system and a channel anchor that mounts on your foundation floor and wall for optimal bracing and failure protection, by connecting to an earth anchor embedded deep in the soil. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Chris N. and his crew installed several anchors throughout the basement with no hassle. Once the job was completed, our customer was happy to know that they could go back to enjoying their home without worrying of their foundation failing!
Diane from La Crosse, WI noticed that her crawlspace underneath her home was constantly experiencing moisture and constant humidity. She knew that the humidity could damage the wood beam that helped support the floor of her home. Diane then contacted the Appointment center here at American Waterworks to claim her FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, one of our Design Specialists then began a free thorough home inspection. When the inspection was completed, the Design Specialist suggested Diane invest in our CleanSpace Barrier System. The CleanSpace Barrier System helps protect the crawlspace from excessive moisture and helps keep pests and mold out of the crawlspace. Diane was impressed by the cost-effective proposal and proceeded to set a date for installation.
Our Foreman and his Production Crew then arrived at the property and began the installation process by cleaning the excess dirt in the crawlspace. Then proceeded to install the CleanSpace. Once the job was completed Diane was satisfied with the project and relieved that her home is now moisture free and her wood foundation would not be damaged.
