A Rockland, WI, homeowner had been observing her front concrete walkway sinking slowly over the years. She was worried that the sunken concrete would hinder the home from being sold at full value one day, so she decided to search for WI concrete repair companies. When she found our website, she decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home.
Once Romeo completed his inspection of the sunken concrete, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and works to lift the sunken concrete back into place. Romeo went on to say that he was also recommending the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab and essentially guards the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our homeowner can resell her home in the future knowing that her concrete is in tip-top shape!

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and production crew got to work installing our Geo-Lock Channel Anchor System. They started the process by drilling small holes through the brick wall for long metal rods to be inserted. The rods are then stabilized on each end with a channel anchor. The Channel Anchor System provides a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls that are demonstrating signs of extreme wall failure. This solution includes a channel anchor that mounts on the foundation floor and wall for optimal bracing and failure protection. Robert can rest easy knowing that his foundation is now permanently stabilized.
