Our Foreman, Clay Bassingthwaite, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is an underground drain that collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity, and it gives the basement a bright, clean appearance. A homeowner in Amboy, MN, disliked the look of their sinking driveway in front of their home. To avoid total replacement, the homeowner looked for alternative repair options near them. Once Lance arrived at the home, he began his throughout investigation of the driveway. Lance discovered that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the driveway was sinking further, Lance suggested lifting and leveling it back to its original state. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and the production plans were sent to the office for approval. Once they were approved, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home to begin the lift. First, the crew prepared the driveway for the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew lifted the driveway apron and the sidewalk leading to the entrance of the home. After the areas were lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the efficient work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to lift and level another home's driveway. 

Due to a recent snowstorm in Windom, MN, the snow piled around the foundation of the home. Knowing the weather would warm up and cause all the snow to melt, the homeowner was concerned it would seep into their basement. The homeowner knew he should get his basement inspected to make sure it was prepared for all the water that would pool around the foundation. They soon contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.

During the inspection, our Design Specialist tested the humidity levels and determined which areas in the foundation had water leaks. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
