Our Foreman and his crew installed four of our wall anchors to pull the foundation wall closer to the garage floor. This system is installed by galvanized anchors, steel rods, and anchor plates, which provides the clamping pressure needed to bring the wall back to its natural position. They knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment, so they called our Appointment Center to schedule theirs. Our Appointment Specialist scheduled their appointment, and sent one of our Service Technicians, Darin, to the home. Darin arrived at the home and began his maintenance investigation. After Darin checked on our previous work, he noticed that the homeowner's sump pump was run down and there were signs of water seepage. The plans were sent to our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew. Once Kiko and his crew arrived at the home, they began by installing the WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. The WaterGuard is an award-winning, patented below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing.
