A customer from Montevideo, MN got in touch with us when a crack began forming on his block basement wall. Once the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Eric H. headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make a recommendation as to how we could help correct the issue. Because the wall was beginning to bow inward, Eric wanted to use our GeoLock Wall Anchors to address the problem. First, Ian recommended our drainage matting; a dimpled matting that gets installed onto the floor of the crawl space, giving any excess water a route to flow through the space and be disposed of at an external site such as a drain or a sump system. Ian's second recommendation was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, a 100% waterproof tarp that works to trap any excess moisture in the space, redirecting it to the appropriate disposal site. Our customer agreed with the recommendations and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his team ended up installing 1938 sqft of the CleanSpace and a 4' tall Half Wall System in the crawl space. They also worked on installing two of our SmartDrains throughout the crawl space.
