In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nate C., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough assessment of the concrete. During the inspection, Nate noticed a few trip hazards and created a solution for the homeowner. In that solution, Nate recommended lifting the concrete slabs with Polylevel, our foam solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro. After reviewing the proposal and not wanting to go through the trouble of mudjacking, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.

Sandi W. of Belview, MN had water leaking through the cracks of her basement walls, causing her to worry about the value of her home. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter and forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed 147 feet of our WaterGuard System, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System, which is a plastic vapor barrier made to prevent mold and humidity build-up and protect the basement from water exposure. To complete the project, Edgar and his team covered the open WaterGuard gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Sandi's peace of mind was restored and was grateful she found us at her local home show!
