A homeowner in Casselton, ND, was walking into their home one evening when they nearly tripped. Worried someone could get seriously injured, the homeowner began looking into professional repair options near them. As soon as he arrived at the home, Ian began his evaluation of the sidewalk. Ian completed his full walk-through of the concrete and found that the sidewalk and driveway apron needed to be lifted. After presenting his recommended proposal, the homeowner agreed with Ian's plan. After they got the green light, Ian passed off the plans to the office for approval. The office finalized the plans and sent them to the Foreman, Charlie. Soon after Charlie arrived, he began installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and garage apron. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that instantly raises sunken concrete slabs. After the concrete was properly raised, the crew filled the cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their driveway was properly raised and saved. A homeowner in Dunnell, MN had water leaking from his basement walls and windows, making him feel nervous and uneasy living in his own home. They got in contact with American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to their home to carefully inspect their walls and windows to come up with a solution. The homeowner got all of their questions answered and felt comfortable in Dylan's proposal, so they went ahead and scheduled an installation date.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by cutting out their basement window and replacing it with one of our EverLast Basement Windows. Our EverLast Windows are energy-efficient, double-paneled, and are designed to replace outdated, wood-framed basement windows. Next, our team cut out the concrete basement floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, Edgar and his crew installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Lastly, our crew installed 110 feet of our FoamMax Basement Wall Panels. Our FoamMax provides comfort, warmth, and energy-efficiency while making foundation walls look clean and bright. To complete the installation, our crew filled the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. The homeowner was extremely happy with the job and had a great experience from start to finish!

American Waterworks provided him with prior foundation work, so he decided to go with us again for his basement waterproofing repairs. Our Service Technician, Mitchell Sobotta, sold him the project and answered all the questions that he had regarding the installation. PJ moved forward with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the repairs by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which prevents mold and humidity build-up, covers any unnecessary holes, and gives the room a neat and clean appearance.
