Sales Process
He was good. No pressure, but not good at responding to questions in timely fashion. Often waited days for responses.
Our Installation Crew
They were nice and efficient but cuts into the wall were not straight leaving me with more work than I wanted to repair. Also didn't clean the sump hole before installing pump. Not best practice.
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned up pretty well and tried to prevent dust as much as possible.
