A homeowner in New Auburn, WI disliked the cracked and uneven look of their garage floor. Wanting to solve the issue before it worsened, the homeowner began searching for a company to provide them with a solution. After hearing many positive reviews from some of their friends, the homeowner decided to give our company a try. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Chuck, one of our Design Specialists. Chuck introduced himself to the homeowner and began the evaluation of the garage floor. Following his detailed inspection, Chuck discovered that the sidewalk was sinking into the ground. Chuck recommended raising the floor and repairing all the cracks and joints. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Chuck's recommendations. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were sent the project plans and traveled to the home. After arriving, Dylon and his crew started by lifting the garage floor with the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew lifted the entire garage floor and then shifted their focus to repairing all the cracks throughout the garage floor with the NexusPro solution, a silicone-based solution. After the concrete repair, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist its customers in raising their garage floors.
A homeowner in Chippewa Falls, WI called us with concerns that his 10 step entrance to his home was sinking off.
American Waterworks was able to raise the sinking staircase with our trusted PolyLEVEL System. PolyLEVEL permanently lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high density polyurethane foam unlike traditional mudjacking services that will eventually wash the soil away and create another void.
A homeowner in Bloomer, WI, disliked the appearance of their front sidewalk. Wanting to repair its appearance, the homeowner began to look at a variety of options. The homeowner was on the fence about replacing all their concrete or repairing it but later decided to go with the repair option. After hearing the wonderful reviews about our lifting and leveling services, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Brad, to complete the estimate. Following his detailed inspection, Brad determined that the sidewalk and driveway were sinking into the ground and needed to be raised. The homeowner agreed with Brad's recommendations since this would avoid total concrete replacement. Next, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. When they arrived at the home, Dylon and the crew began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. As soon as the driveway and sidewalk were repaired, the crew shifted their focus to fixing the many cracks and joints in the concrete. The crew filled these with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After all these products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was rejoyced with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist another customer.

A Rockland, WI, homeowner had been observing her front concrete walkway sinking slowly over the years. She was worried that the sunken concrete would hinder the home from being sold at full value one day, so she decided to search for WI concrete repair companies. When she found our website, she decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home.
Once Romeo completed his inspection of the sunken concrete, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and works to lift the sunken concrete back into place. Romeo went on to say that he was also recommending the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab and essentially guards the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our homeowner can resell her home in the future knowing that her concrete is in tip-top shape!
