Sinking Steps in Kellogg, MN

Denny S. in Kellogg, MN had uneven and sunken steps on his back patio. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his concrete and design a solution. Denny was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam could raise his steps back to their original position, so he scheduled to have his steps repaired.

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into Denny’s steps and then injected the polymer foam to fill the void beneath the steps and to raise them. Once the steps had been raised back to their original position, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro joint sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice finished look. The process only took a couple of hours to complete, and now Denny and his family can enjoy a beautiful, safe back patio for years to come!

Concrete Walkway PolyLevel Lift in New Richmond, WI

Todd from New Richmond, WI, got in touch with us when he started to notice the walkway leading up to his front door was beginning to sink. Todd also saw areas of sinkage in front of his garage. He wanted to address the issue before it had the chance to worsen, creating potential tripping hazards. When he called in, he cashed in on his FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection into the issue. Our Design Specialist, Ben, headed out to the property to inspect the damage and make his recommendations. Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Todd let us lift and level the slabs of concrete using our PolyLevel solution and finish the job with our NexusPro solution. Todd agreed and work began shortly after.

Our crew, led by Foreman, Ben K, began the project by strategically drilling holes into the problem slabs. Then, they injected our PolyLevel into the holes. The crew finished the job by sealing cracks and joints with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that your concrete will stay raised for a long time to come.

In the end, Todd was happy to know that this issue had been caught before it could worsen!
