Jacquilynn L.'s concrete slab along the front of her house was sinking on one end. She had our Design Specialist, Mac, come out to her home and inspect the problem. Mac proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of the main concrete systems we provide for homeowners. Jacquilynn was confident in the products and their warranties, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew member injected 116 pounds of our PolyLevel and applied 26 feet of our NexusPro. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete and stabilizes the concrete surface. Our NexusPro is a sealant that prevents moisture from seeping underneath the cracks and it gives the concrete a neat appearance. The project was completed within three hours and Jacquilynn was satisfied with the work.

Faith Lutheran Church of Wabasha in Minnesota had a sunken and uneven sidewalk. They were concerned that people would trip and fall because of it, so they started to look into concrete repair contractors. They saw a commercial for American Waterworks and they were interested in learning more about our concrete repair option. They contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to the Church to provide them with a solution. Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the concrete needed to be raised. They injected the PolyLevel foam into the holes in the concrete until the slabs were raised and level. Lastly, they filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process only took a couple hours, and now the Church will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come!

A homeowner in Wabasha, MN, noticed that his walkway had begun sinking in some areas, causing it to become uneven and a potential trip hazard. The homeowner knew that the issue would only continue to worsen, so he decided to begin looking for concrete lifting contractors in the area. He ended up finding multiple companies but chose us based on our reviews. The homeowner then contacted our Appointment Center to schedule his FREE estimate. 

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Will R., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Will explained to the homeowner that one of the most common causes of sinking slabs is soil washout. Soil washout is the process where water moves through the ground and washes away supporting soil that is keeping the slab upright. Over time, this causes gaps in the soil, and the slab would begin to sink. To effectively solve this issue, Will recommended PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is our waterproof foam expanding formula that can fill the voids in the soil and accurately lift sunken slabs. NexusPro is our silicone-based sealant that is specifically engineered to repair cracks and seal joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Will's recommendation and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew did not run into any issues and successfully lifted the top of the driveway and walkway with our PolyLevel. They also used NexusPro to seal the joints in front of the step and in front of the garage.

A homeowner from Rushford, MN, was growing frustrated with the concrete patio in front of his home. He used it for extra storage for outdoor materials, but getting those items in and out of the area was difficult because of a few areas of uneven concrete. One night, while watching the local news, the homeowner saw an American Waterworks ad for concrete lifting. He decided to give us a call and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out of the property. 

Once his inspection was complete, he met with the homeowners to give him his recommendations. He stated that we could fix the areas of sinking concrete by using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs. As this PolyLevel expands, it fills voids caused by soil erosion and slowly lifts the concrete slabs back to their original position. He then said that we finish our lifting and leveling process by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, causing further soil washout. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jordan S, headed out to the property to complete the lift. Jordan ran into weather concerns, so the NexusPro had to be installed a few weeks later. Once the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know that he could use his outdoor space without hassle!
