Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. They injected the foam into multiple spots in patio until the concrete was raised and level to its original position. Then, they caulked and sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. The process only took a couple of hours, and Dave was very pleased with the results!

A homeowner in Rockwell, IA, noticed there was a large gap growing between their driveway and garage. Not wanting the gap to continue growing, the homeowner began looking into repair options near them. After the cracks were filled and repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the yard as good as new. A homeowner from Cakato, MN, had noticed a large crack forming in her front concrete walkway. She was worried about what could happen if she left the issue unresolved, so she began to look for companies offering concrete repair in MN. On the recommendation of one of our employees, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Eric H, headed out to the home. 

Eric evaluated the concrete, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could solve the sinking issue with our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion, lifting sunken concrete back to it's place in the process. Eric went on to say that he wanted to safeguard the concrete with the help of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier, as it's specially formulated to stand up against harsh weather conditions, thus protecting the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work, and the job was scheduled for several weeks later.
