In less than a week, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, we noticed signs of soil washout, a process where water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To lift the slabs back to their original position, our Design Specialist recommended PolyLevel, our foam solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair the cracks and joints. The homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, lifting it back to its original position. After this, the crew sealed the holes and applied NexusPro along the cracks and joints.

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise and stabilize the surface. This unique foam insulation is designed to fill the voids underneath the concrete that are caused by soil erosion. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to seal them and give the concrete a clean, neat finished look. This sealant also prevents moisture from seeping underneath the slab, which causes that soil erosion. Brian was happy with the work that was done and his expectations were met!
