Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Ann S. of Saint Bonifacius, MN had uneven concrete near her front porch, causing safety concerns. She did research on our website and filled out our online FREE Estimate form. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, went to her home to inspect the issue and come up with a solution. Ann got all of her questions answered, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and his crew member drilled holes in the concrete and injected our PolyLevel into each hole to raise and stabilize the concrete surface. A homeowner in Delano, MN, was concerned that his settled concrete slabs would be a trip hazard for guests and family members, so he decided to look into concrete lifting in the area. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the problem areas, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. Gary explained to the homeowner that soil washout is one of the most common causes of settled slabs. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away supporting soil, keeping the slab upright. In about two weeks, Sam and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the slabs and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, causing it to lift. Once it is lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they used NexusPro to seal a few of the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
