Ian's front steps to his home were pulling away from the house and sinking. He scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Jarrett, after seeing one of our advertisements in the newspaper. Jarrett went to Ian's home, inspected his concrete, and proposed a solution. Ian was confident in Jarrett's proposal, so she went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and level the surface to its normal height. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath them and to give the concrete a nice, clean finish.

Ian from Victoria, MN, gave us a call when he noticed a sizable gap forming between some of the concrete slabs making up the walkway to his home. Ian feared that if the concrete kept sinking it would create even more of a tripping hazard, making for a potentially dangerous situation. When he called in, we set Ian up with our FREE estimate, which entitled him to a thorough inspection of the issue. Our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property to assess the situation, and when he was finished, made his recommendation as to how we could help fix Ian's issue. Jarrett explained to Ian that he could be experiencing settling for numerous reasons, but the culprit was the soil beneath. Jarrett wanted to use our PolyLevel injection to lift and level the concrete back to its former state. Ian agreed and work began shortly after. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew began the project by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slabs. Next, they injected the PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam. Then, they monitored the lifting process, ensuring that the slab got back to its original position. The process was quick, and the concrete was ready to be walked on almost immediately after.
When the project was done Ian was happy to see that the tripping hazards had been eliminated and that his concrete would stay in place for a long time to come.
A homeowner in Chaska, MN, tripped on the uneven sidewalk leading into their home. Not wanting the hazard to worsen, the homeowner knew they needed to look for a solution. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group for any recommendations. Several members suggested working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner took a closer look at the services we offer and was impressed enough to sign up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan, to the home to perform the estimate. Dylan arrived at the home and began his detailed estimate of the home's sidewalk. After he completed the estimate, Dylan determined that the sidewalk needed to be raised. Dylan recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk using the PolyLevel. The homeowner agreed with Dylan's suggestions and the project commenced. Our Foreman, Reese, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. Reese and his crew started by lifting the sidewalk and steps in front of the entrance. To lift these areas, the crew utilized the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Next, the crew shifted to replacing all the joints on the sidewalk. To fill these cracks, the crew used NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once the joints were replaced, the crew wrapped up the project and left the home. The homeowner was beyond pleased with the excellent work done by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist our customers with their concrete concerns.
A customer from Chaska, MN got in touch with us when he began to notice his front walkway was beginning to sink away from the home. He feared that if he didn't look into fixing the issue, he would run the risk of the slab settling further, creating a more dramatic tripping hazard. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a free, no-obligation estimate by a Design Specialist in our Concrete & Radon Division. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done. When he completed his walkthrough, Kyle recommended the use of our PolyLevel solution. He explained that this expanding polyurethane foam is meant to be injected into the concrete slab, filling the void caused by soil erosion to raise and stabilize the slab. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew began the process by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slab, after which filled with our PolyLevel solution. They made sure to closely monitor the lifting process so as to not over-correct the slab. When they finished, our customer was happy to know that his tripping hazard worries were in the past!
A homeowner in Owatonna, MN, disliked the look of their separating steps. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner began looking into "concrete repair near me". After comparing several companies, only one of the first companies to caught their attention was American Waterworks. Impressed with our eye-catching before and afters, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. A week later, Nate arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the damaged concrete. After taking a closer look, Nate confirmed the sidewalk was separating due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Nate recommended inserting PolyLevel underneath the struggling sidewalk. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the recommended plan of action. Next, Nate passed the plans to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Once the project was given the final stamp of approval, it was assigned to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew. Once the project date arrived, Patrick and his crew began by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to filling the gaps and replacing the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After the products were installed, Patrick and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
