Gregg H. of Carver, MN had an uneven and cracked concrete sidewalk, causing him to worry about the curb appeal of his home. He got in contact with American Waterworks online and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to Gregg's house, carefully inspected his concrete, and proposed a solution that would work for Gregg and his needs. He was confident in our solution, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman and his production crew started the installation by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk to lift and level the concrete surface. This foam injection is designed to fill the open voids underneath the concrete that is caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which gives the concrete a neat, finished look and it prevents water from seeping underneath.

A homeowner from Maple Lake, MN gave us a call when they began to notice a gap forming between their front stair and the concrete landing below it. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, it could result in a nasty trip or become more costly to fix down the road. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. Next, our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue. When he completed his walk through he was able to make a recommendation on how to correct the issue. Jarrett recommended our PolyLevel injection. He explained that this modern solution is comprised of injecting a polyurethane foam into the problem slab, which then hardens, lifting the concrete back to its original state. The customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Tyler, and his Co-Foreman, Jordan, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the slab. After injection, they made sure to carefully monitor the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to the correct height. Once the job was complete our customer was happy to know he didn't need to worry about trip hazards anymore!
A homeowner in Saint Cloud, MN, was concerned about his settling driveway as it was visually unappealing and decreased the home's resale value. He decided to look into concrete services in the area and came upon our website. After browsing our website, he was so impressed with our 5-star reviews that he decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.
Our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home on the scheduled date and assessed the driveway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a settling driveway is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, in this case, the weight of vehicles parked and driven on them, it causes the soil to sink and settle. To fix this issue, Kyle recommended our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts concrete slabs, NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, and SealantPro, to protect the concrete. The homeowner happily agreed to Kyle's suggestion and his design was then sent to our Foremen Ryan T., Dylon V., and Sam K.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived to apply the SealantPro. SealantPro is stain-resistant, protecting the concrete from liquids such as oil or gasoline. Dylon and his crew arrived in a couple of days to lift the concrete. This is done by drilling small holes into the concrete slab. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures that it is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. In about two weeks, Sam and his crew arrived to seal the cracks and joints with NexusPro.
