In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Gary noticed signs of soil washout and explained to the homeowner that soil washout is the process where water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soil. To fix the homeowner's concrete issue, Gary recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel, our waterproof foam solution, and using NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant to seal the joints. After reviewing Gary's recommendations, the homeowner happily agreed.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived to carry out the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs before injecting PolyLevel beneath the slab. Once the slabs have been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes.
