A homeowner in Owatonna, MN, had noticed that their concrete slabs were sinking and was concerned that it would worsen. Looking for a long-lasting solution, the homeowner contacted us and scheduled a FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. During the inspection, he noticed that the walkway and top of the driveway had begun sinking, causing the area to lean toward one side. To fix this issue, Romeo recommended lifting the concrete slabs with PolyLevel, our elite foam expanding solution, and using NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant to seal the joints. Not wanting to go through the process of mudjacking, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and moved forward with the project.
In a couple of months, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab and lifting it. Once it has been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes. Lastly, the crew applied NexusPro along the joints.

Coincidentally the neighbor had a very similar issue and they recommended working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Gary, one of our Design Specialists. Gary arrived, greeted the homeowner, and started investigating the concrete. A homeowner from Lonsdale, MN, got in contact with us when she decided it was time to fix an uneven portion of her front walkway. She had heard from a friend that uneven concrete can impact the resale of a home and wanted to make sure that, when the time was right, her house would be in tip-top shape. On the referral of a friend, she decided to call American Waterworks to see what could be done. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dave S, headed out to the home to complete her FREE estimate inspection into the issue.
Once Dave completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could fix her sinking concrete issue using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that our process is complete with the application of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete, preventing any unwanted elements from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work, and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan T, headed out to the home and completed the job to the customer's satisfaction. Once the job was complete, our customer was thrilled to know that her curb appeal had been restored!
