Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Donnie A., the President of a townhome association in Delano, MN, had previously met with one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, and was impressed with his professionalism and the products American Waterworks has to offer. So, when the townhome association started seeing issues with sinking concrete, he knew Chad was the guy to call. Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and Co-Foreman, Tyler Brockway, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The board members and homeowners were thrilled with the results and happy they can enjoy beautiful and level concrete for years to come!

A homeowner in Victoria, MN, did not like the look of cracks growing throughout their driveway. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew began the project by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slabs. Next, they injected the PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam. Then, they monitored the lifting process, ensuring that the slab got back to its original position. The process was quick, and the concrete was ready to be walked on almost immediately after.  

When the project was done Ian was happy to see that the tripping hazards had been eliminated and that his concrete would stay in place for a long time to come.
