Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where the foam would be injected. Then, the foam was injected until it was raised back to its original height. The cracks in the concrete were sealed with our Nexus Pro sealant and the process was complete! The job took roughly two hours, and John was able to see the transformation almost immediately because once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure. A homeowner in Afton, MN, knew it was about time to have their concrete driveway repaired when they noticed a large separation between sections of their driveway. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home. In about a month, Jordan and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began lifting the concrete by drilling small holes into the slab and installing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, causing it to lift. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures it is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. Both PolyLevel and NexusPro are long-lasting with high durability. Once the crew was done with the installations, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
