Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Brian and Beth W.'s step outside their garage door was unbalanced and needed to be stabilized. After seeing American Waterworks on the Fox 47 News Channel, they called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Tom Webbles, went to their home to examine the step and come up with a solution. Brian and Beth were both confident in Tom's proposal so they moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and his production team injected our PolyLevel, a dense and fast curing foam, underneath the cracks to lift and stabilize the surface. Brian and Beth were thrilled with the outcome!

Jon W. in Eden Prairie, MN had a large crack through the concrete on his steps and his concrete had started sinking, causing a trip hazard. He previously had his stoop mud-jacked, but he was having problems again. He started looking for another concrete repair contractor to see what his options were, and he was directed to American Waterworks. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to his home to assess his concrete situation and develop a solution. Jon was glad to learn that PolyLevel is a durable, faster, and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled a date for the installation.

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete on his stoop where he needed to inject the foam. He injected our PolyLevel into the holes until the concrete slab was level. Then, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant, which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process only took about half a day, and now Jon will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come.

An Eden Prairie, MN, homeowner was walking out her front door one day to get the paper, when she took a tumble over an uneven spot of concrete. Not wanting anyone else to take a tumble, she decided to look for a contractor that repairs concrete in MN. When she found our website, she decided to sign up for a FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home. 

Romeo V, a concrete Design Specialist, arrived at the property and got right to work inspecting the sunken concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that her issue could be remedied with our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it is injected beneath sunken concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting the concrete back into place in the process. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan, and scheduled the job for several weeks later. 

On the day of the project, one of our Concrete Foreman, Dylan, and his team were able to complete the lift with no issues. Now our customer can confidently walk out her front door knowing her sunken concrete issue has been solved! 

A homeowner in Eden Prairie, MN, got in touch with us when he decided to do something about his uneven walkway leading up to his patio. Not wanting any guests to take unwanted spills, he decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home to inspect the concrete. 

Once Mitch completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Mitch informed the homeowner that the problem could be fixed by installing our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, filling voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that we finish all of our PolyLevel installation our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the problem slab to prevent any unwanted moisture from getting beneath the slab to the soil below. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy J, was able to complete the lift to the costumer's satisfaction. Now our customers can host friends and family without worries of potential trip hazards!

David N. in Saint Michael, MN was concerned about the unsafe concrete walkway leading to his front door. The uneven concrete posed a dangerous trip hazard for him and his family, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate! We sent one of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, to his home. After inspecting David’s concrete, Reed designed a solution using our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant. David was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a faster, quicker and less invasive solution compared to traditional mudjacking.

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson and his crew, drilled small holes into the concrete where to foam needed to be injected. Then, they carefully injected the foam until the concrete slabs were raised and leveled with each other, therefore eliminating the trip hazard. Once they finished raising the walkway, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete, and give it a beautiful, finished look! The process only took a few hours to complete, and now David can enjoy a beautiful, safe walkway for years to come.
