Lee and Betty O. of Medina, MN had cracked concrete on their porch and wanted it repaired rather than replaced. After doing some research on our website and getting a hold of us for a FREE Estimate, our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Lee and Betty were content with Rick's concrete repair proposal, so they went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his production team began the project by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to stabilize and raise it's surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro on the cracks to prevent any further bubbling or cracking. It gives the concrete and nice, clean look and provides long-term flexibility. The work was completed within a couple hours, and Lee and Betty were able to use their concrete that same day! They were thrilled with the outcome.
Wajih from Hamel, MN, got in contact with us when they began to notice that a gap forming between their front stair and the concrete walkway leading up to it. They were afraid that if they didn't correct the issue, it would begin to worsen and the tripping hazard would get worse. When they called us, we set them up with our FREE inspection. After our inspection visit was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property for a standard 3-hour inspection into the issue and what we could do to help. Once he completed his walkthrough, he made some recommendations as to how we could best help Wajih. First, Jarrett wanted to lift and level the concrete slabs using our PolyLevel injection. Then he wanted to follow up and seal the project with NexusPro to seal off any remaining cracks. The homeowner agreed and work began shortly after.
Our team, led by our Foreman, Dylon, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem slabs. Next, they injected the PolyLevel into the holes and monitored the raising process. Our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that, when injected below concrete, fills the voids below the slab caused by soil erosion. Next, they followed the PolyLevel with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up against harsh weather conditions.
When the job was complete, Wajih was content knowing that their concrete slabs wouldn't be sinking anymore anytime soon!
A homeowner from Minnetonka, MN, noticed that his front walkway was beginning to separate from his front step, causing an eyesore and, more importantly, a trip hazard. He decided to start the search for a company that could fix the issue. He saw one of our printed ads in a local magazine and decided to give us a call and claim his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed to the home to see what could be done.
Once Mitch completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner and informed him that American Waterworks could address the sinking with the help of our PolyLevel solution. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He finished by saying that we finish all of our concrete installs with our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any unwanted moisture or debris from getting beneath the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of Mitch's plan, and a few weeks later the project began.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team made quick work of the project. Now, our customer can enjoy a trip-free walkway!

A Minnetonka, MN, homeowner had been dealing with a sinking front walkway for a while, but the issue had gotten worse in the last year. The extreme soil washout below had caused a void to form below the slab, leading to the eventual crack of the concrete slab. This crack had resulted in a nasty trip hazard. The homeowner didn't want any guests or family members to take a tumble over the uneven concrete so he decided to take action. The homeowners had American Waterworks out to their homes to deal with an issue in previous years, so they called us up again to see if someone could come take a look at the concrete.
A few weeks later, their original Design Specialist, Brian R, headed out to the home. Brian explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It fills voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifts the sunken slabs back to their original position. Brian went on to say that he wanted to preserve the lift with the installation of our NexusPro, stating that NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete. It has been specially designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions, ensuring the lift is protected. The homeowner liked the sound of Brian's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy J, and his team effortlessly completed the lift and seal. Now, our customer can have faith in his front walkway again!

A Claremont, MN, homeowner was doing some landscaping over a long weekend when he took a little tumble over a section of uneven concrete. The homeowner knew that many people frequented this concrete path, so he wanted to get it fixed right away, although he was unsure of who to turn to for his uneven concrete slab. One night he was watching a football game when he saw one of our commercials advertising lifting and leveling uneven concrete surfaces. He called the next day to set up his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Brad W, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Brad got right to work inspecting the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that his issue could be resolved with our PolyLevel injection. Brad explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath uneven concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, in the process, lifting the concrete back to it's desired location. Brad went on to say that as a safeguard measure, he was recommending our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Brad's plan, and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy a day tending to his home, without worries of uneven concrete!
