Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Mahtomedi, MN, noticed that his concrete walkway was showing signs of sinking. Once Gary finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slabs back into place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all the cracks and joints in the sinking concrete and works to prevent water or debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's solution and decided to schedule his installation for a few weeks later.

A homeowner from Buffalo, MN, was facing a problem with his concrete driveway. Over the years, many slabs within the driveway had begun to sink. Some had sunken so badly that it had led to cracks in the concrete. The homeowner was tired of looking at his unsightly driveway, so he decided to take action to correct the issue. Our PolyLevel expert, Jared Wroblewski, and his assistant drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the steps were raised back to their original position. Then, they sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant and cleaned their work area.
