Bryan K. in Andover, MN had an uneven concrete sidewalk leading up to his front porch. It had been a point of frustration for him for quite some time because it was a trip hazard and it made snow removal difficult during the winter time. He wanted to find an affordable, non-invasive option to repair his concrete, so he started researching contractors. He found American Waterworks’ website and wanted to learn more about our PolyLevel concrete repair option. He contacted us for a free estimate, so we sent our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, to his home to provide him with a solution. Bryan was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair option is a faster, durable and more affordable option that traditional concrete repair, so he set a date for the injection.
One of our PolyLevel experts, Troy Johnson, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs to inject the foam. He injected the PolyLevel foam until concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process only took a couple of hours, and now Bryan will be able to enjoy a level sidewalk for years to come!

A homeowner in Andover, MN, knew it was time to repair their uneven concrete driveway slabs. Remembering their neighbors had similar work completed, they asked if they had any suggestions. The neighbors recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Romeo. Once Romeo arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the driveway and sidewalk. Following his inspection, Romeo determined some of the driveway slabs needed to be lifted to match the same level. The homeowner agreed with Romeo's suggestions, and the plans were directed to the office for final approval. Once the office approved the plans, they were sent to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. Sam and his crew received the plans, so they traveled to the home to start the lift. First, the crew installed PolyLevel underneath the garage apron. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete slabs. Once the sunken slabs were lifted, the crew shifted their focus to removing the old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. The crew completed the lift, level, and joint repair throughout the concrete. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a kind review. A Savage, MN, homeowner was outside enjoying a nice glass of iced tea when she took a tumble over a piece of uneven concrete. She didn't want the issue to worsen, so she decided to search for a company that could restore the concrete. When she came across our website, she decided to sign up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Gary S, headed out to the home.
Once Gary finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking with the help of our PolyLevel. This polyurethane foam expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift sunken concrete back to its desired location. Gary went on to say that, once the lift had been completed, he would like to see our NexusPro installed. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete. It works to prevent moisture from penetrating the slab. The homeowner liked the idea of a non-invasive installation, and decided to schedule the project for several weeks later.
The day of the installation rolled around, and our Foreman, Troy J, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can get back to enjoying her outdoor oasis without worrying about taking a tumble!

A homeowner in Ham Lake, MN, had noticed that her porch was uneven with a few of the slabs settling. She was concerned that it would pose a tripping hazard to friends and family and decided to look for concrete services in the area. She came upon our website and was impressed with our 5-star reviews. Soon after browsing through our website, she decided to schedule her FREE estimate.
Our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home on the scheduled date and conducted a thorough inspection of the basement. He informed the homeowner that one of the common causes of this issue is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity is exceeded, it causes the supporting soils of the concrete slab to expand and contract. Eventually, this leads to the slab sinking. For this reason, Gary suggested our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home. They began by drilling small holes into the slab and installing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the space and lifting the concrete. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures the slab is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro to seal the joints and provide a seamless look. Once the crew was done with the installations, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
