Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed that his settling concrete driveway had caused bumps to form in some areas. Frustrated when he had to drive over them, he decided to have the issue addressed by looking for concrete lifting in the area. The homeowner found us and, after looking into our company, he contacted our Appointment Center to schedule his FREE estimate. 

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Nate B., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Nate explained to the homeowner that the likely reason their concrete is sinking is due to soil compaction. When a soil's load-bearing capacity is exceeded, it causes the soil to compact and settle beneath the concrete. As this happens, the concrete slab would move down with it. To fix this issue, Nate recommended PolyLevel, our high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts sinking concrete. Its expanding properties would compact the soil and effectively lift the slab without the trouble of mudjacking or complete replacement. After looking over Nate's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to his recommendations.

In about two weeks, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes. Lastly, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed that her front walkway was beginning to separate from her front stairs, creating a trip hazard. Not wanting the issue to get worse, she decided to research companies in the area that could restore the concrete. Once she found our website, she decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home. 

Once Mitch finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that sinking concrete is all too common but that we could fix the issue with our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Kerry was pleased with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was.
