Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Corey B. of Lino Lakes, MN had sinking concrete near his front porch, so he called American Waterworks after he found out we do FREE Estimates. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went out to his home to inspect the concrete. Corey was content with Chad's solution, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jared Wroblewski, and his production team injected 103 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the surface. With our PolyLevel injection, homeowners can walk, run, etc. on their concrete within 15 minutes after the work is completed. A homeowner in Forest Lake, MN, knew it was time to have their many sidewalk cracks filled and repaired. Wanting to avoid replacing the entire sidewalk, the homeowners wanted to look for concrete repair options. The homeowner took to social media and asked their friends' advice on the route they should take. After getting an overwhelming response, the homeowner decided to check out our Facebook page. The homeowners were extremely impressed with our previous jobs, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate.  After the details were settled, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists. After they arrived, the Design Specialist began inspecting the sidewalk to find the source of the issue. Once the detailed inspection was completed, the Design Specialist determined that the sidewalk was sinking and weakening. To combat these issues, the Design Specialist suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled. The homeowners agreed with the Design Specialist's suggestions and production preparations commenced. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the task, so they traveled to the home. As soon as they arrived, the crew began unloading all their products and prepping the concrete for the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concrete. After the concrete was lifted and leveled, the crew turned their attention to filling the several cracks throughout the sidewalk. To fill these cracks, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant used to fill cracks and joints. Soon after the cracks and joints were filled, the crew was able to clean up their job site and leave the home. The homeowners were impressed with the crew's excellent and efficient work. A homeowner in Prescott, WI, got in touch with us when she noticed that her concrete driveway was sinking, causing a separation between the driveway and garage floor. Not wanting the issue to worsen, she decided to call American Waterworks. We set her up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

After Kyle completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that she could fix her sinking issue with our PolyLevel solution. He went on to say that our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when its injected under concrete slabs, slowly lifting the slabs back into place. The final part of our lifting solution is installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that is applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete to prevent anything from getting under the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

Our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow and Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where the foam would be injected. Then, the foam was injected until it was raised back to its original height. The cracks in the concrete were sealed with our Nexus Pro sealant and the process was complete! The job took roughly two hours, and John was able to see the transformation almost immediately because once the foam is injected it takes only 30 minutes to cure. John was glad he chose do go with the PolyLevel repair option provided by American Waterworks.

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the front slab and a single slab on top of the driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concreting. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints near the door. To fill these joints, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After the joints were replaced, the crew was able to clean up the site and leave the home.
