A customer from Rochester, MN gave us a call when she began to notice the concrete walkway leading up to her front door was beginning to sink. She feared that if the issue was left unchecked, it could create a dangerous tripping hazard and cost more down the line to fix. When she contacted us we set her up with our FREE estimate, which entitles the customer to a FREE no-obligations estimate and thorough inspection of the issue. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property to assess the issue. Once he completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that she was experiencing sinkage because the soil underneath the slab of concrete was shrinking. He went on to say this could be caused by excess water washing the soil away, extreme heat drying it out, or that the soil was poorly compacted when the home was first built. He suggested that she let us fix the issue by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. She agreed and work began shortly after.
Our PolyLevel crew, Troy and Cory, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete slab. Next, they inserted the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands as it hardens. Once the slab was lifted back to the original position, our customer was happy to know that her concrete wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon!
A homeowner from Rochester, MN was growing concerned when they noticed that their concrete steps were separating from the adjoining concrete walkway. Not wanting the issue to worsen, they took to the internet to see if they could get some answers and find a company that could complete the repairs for them. They quickly found our website and decided to give us a call. After they scheduled their FREE estimate, our Design Specialist, Aidan, headed out to the property to see what could be done.
Once his inspection had concluded, he informed the homeowner that concrete sinks for various reasons, but their problem could be rectified by using our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. Aidan explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands after it's inserted below sinking slabs, lifting them back to their original position. The homeowner agreed with Aidan's plan, and work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later. On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, made quick work on the installation. He began by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete slab. Next, he inserted the PolyLevel, closely monitoring the lifting and leveling process to ensure the slab returned to its original spot. Once the lifting was complete, he used our NexusPro out seal all of the cracks and joints in the concrete to ensure that no elements would get under the slab, affecting the lift. Now our homeowners can have faith in their curb appeal!

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, was sick and tired of having to gun it over a piece of uneven concrete in front of his garage. He didn't want the problem to get any worse, so he decided to get in touch with a company that could help him restore his concrete. After seeing a few American Waterworks yard signs throughout town, he decided to give us a call, set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Nate B, headed out to the home to complete his inspection.
Once he completed his walkthrough, Nate met with the homeowners and made his recommendations. He began by stating that the issue, while obnoxious, is fairly common, and the fix is fairly simple. He stated our team would use our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below the problem concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion. This solution slowly lifts the concrete back into place. Nate finished by saying that our team finished the project by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete, keeping any unwanted moisture from getting under the slab. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift with no problems. Due to weather concerns, the NexusPro was not able to be installed on the original project day. A few weeks later, another one of our concrete Foremen, Troy, and his team completed the joint sealing. Now our customer is thrilled with his updated concrete!

A Rochester, MN, homeowner was keeping an eye on her concrete walkway. Over the years, it had slowly been sinking, pulling away from the front concrete step leading towards the door, and creating a nasty trip hazard. She didn't want anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, so she decided to search for concrete repair Minnesota, and eventually found us. She signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Ross J, one of our concrete Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Once Ross finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids created by soil erosion, and in the process, slowly lifts concrete back to it's desired location. Ross then said that, once the slab had been lifted, he wanted to install our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete, and works to protect the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner was thrilled with Ross's non-invasive plan, and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift and seal with no complications. Now, our customer can enjoy her front walkway knowing her concrete will stay put!
