We sent one of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez to his home to inspect his concrete and provide him with a personalized solution. Mark was happy to learn that PolyLevel is faster, less invasive, and more durable than traditional mudjacking, so he scheduled to have his concrete lifted.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and even with the garage floor. Then, they filled back the small holes with concrete and sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant. The process only took a couple of hours to complete. A homeowner from Ellsworth, WI, was dealing with a cracked, uneven patio. Not wanting to have to deal with trip hazards in her space, she decided to begin the search for a company that could fix the problem. One night, she saw one of our ads on TV and decided to give us a call. She set up her FREE estimate and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to the home.
Once Canon finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his findings. Canon explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifts the slab back into place. He went on to say that we finish our lifts by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture and debris from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the job was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy, and his team completed the lift with no issues. Now, our homeowner can enjoy her outdoor oasis without the worries of taking a tumble!
