A homeowner in Cottage Grove, MN contacted us after noticing his concrete patio and stoop had settled over 3 inches, making it a major trip hazard for anyone trying to enter and exit his home. He didn't want any of his visitors getting hurt, so he decided to call American Waterworks to fix the problem!
We used PolyLevel injection to raise the structure back to its correct position. Overtime, the soil beneath concrete cannot hold the weight of the concrete on top. It sinks leaving an uneven area of concrete. Our PolyLevel injection is installed through a dime-sized hole beneath the concrete. The material expands to fill the sunken space where the soil once was.
Bob S. of Isanti, MN had a sinking front porch. He wanted to get it lifted back to its natural position. He called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Bob's house, inspected his sinking concrete, and proposed our PolyLevel, which is a foam insulation that lifts and levels concrete surfaces back to their normal positions. Bob was confident in the proposal, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman and his crew injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete stoop, raising it by a couple of inches. Bob was thrilled with the work and said he would be happy to be a reference for our company.

In Spring Valley, MN, a homeowner had an uneven driveway as well as large cracks that had formed. She was worried that would be a tripping hazard and did not want to keep pushing the project any longer. She decided to search for concrete services in the area and came upon our website. She was impressed with our 5-star reviews and contacted us to schedule her FREE estimate.
Our Design Specialist, Ross J., arrived at the home in a couple of weeks to assess the driveway. He explained to the homeowner that it is common to see cracks and an uneven driveway due to soil washout. When it rains or floods, the water moves through the ground under the concrete slab, causing the supporting soils to wash away. As this continues, it creates voids and spaces under the slab, eventually causing the concrete to sink. It was due to this reason that Ross recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The homeowner happily agreed to his suggestion and decided to move forward with the project. Ross's design was then sent to our Foreman, Dylon V.
In about a month, Dylon and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They first began with lifting the concrete by drilling small holes into the slabs. Then, injection ports are installed, and the PolyLevel is injected through the hole. The PolyLevel expands beneath the concrete, lifting it. Once this is done, the small holes are concealed with concrete, and the crew moves on to sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro. Once they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

An Oronoco, MN, business owner was dealing with a piece of uneven concrete in front of his business. The uneven concrete was bad enough to warrant warning tap, as others had already taken a tumble. The business owner wanted the issue to be taken care of, so he decided to search for MN concrete repair companies. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the property.
Romeo completed his inspection and informed the business owner that we could fix the sinking concrete using our PolyLevel. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Once the lift has been completed, our team applies our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to all cracks and joints in the concrete. It works to keep water from getting to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the install, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now our customer can proudly open the doors of his business, knowing his front walkway trip hazard has been properly fixed.
