In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to answer any questions the homeowner had and to conduct a proper inspection of the porch. He informed the homeowner that one of the common causes for settling slabs is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground, underneath the slabs, and washes away supporting soils. As this continues, this leads to voids and gaps in the soil causing the slabs to sink. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to seal the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
