SmartJacks Installed in Rochester, MN

Terri Z. in Rochester, MN had recently purchased a new home, but noticed some uneven floors and was concerned about the crawl space and structural integrity. She attended the Rochester Area Builders Home Show, saw our booth, and contacted our Customer Care Center to set up a FREE inspection. Terri met with one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, who worked side by side with her to construct a unique and permanent solution for her home. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Terri’s crawl space by installing 18 SmartJacks throughout the space. The SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces.
