Wet Crawl Space Waterproofed in Hugo, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Hugo, MN was experiencing two issues with their home, a musty smell coming from the crawl space and high radon levels. Knowing their home needed immediate attention, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he tested the humidity levels in the crawl space and identified mold growth. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, he began working on a detailed solution. In the proposal, Gary recommended installing WaterGuard, our perimeter drainage system, SuperSump+, our reliable sump pump system, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line. Along with this, he also showed a detailed design to where our radon mitigation system would be installed. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations.

In about a month, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived to install 68ft of WaterGuard, 1 SuperSump+, and 1 IceGuard. The following week, another one of our crews arrived to install our radon mitigation system.
