A homeowner in Lakeville, MN, noticed their crawl space was suffering from damage. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Solution
During the inspection, Dustin noted that the crawl space was suffering from poor encapsulation. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dustin recommended encapsulating the damaged space. The homeowner agreed and worked with Dustin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Raul and his crew began by clearing out the damaged crawl space. Once the area was cleared, the crew shifted to laying Drainage Matting. Once the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew installed CleanSpace on top. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home.
