Damp Crawl Space Transformed in Alexandria, MN

Challenge

In Alexandria, MN, a homeowner was growing more concerned about the crawl space beneath his home. Over the last few months the homeowner had noticed a musty odor wafting through the house. Try as he might, he could not pinpoint the source of the smell. One day when chatting with a friend about the issue, he was recommended to look into his crawl space and see if water was entering, pooling, and causing mold and mildew growth. When the homeowner got down in his crawl space he realized he might be out of his depths so he began to look for crawl space contractors mn and quickly found American Waterworks. Solution

Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan J, headed out to the home. When he arrived he wasted no time getting down into the crawl space to see what the conditions were. When his comprehensive inspection had been completed he met up with the homeowner to go over his recommendations and next steps for the space. Dylan started off by informing the homeowner that, yes, the crawl space was taking on water which was more than likely the source of the foul smell within the home.
